Mohawk Watershed Partnership

Getting Involved

The Mohawk Watershed Partnership is a volunteer organization, and we could use you. Here are a few ways you can get involved:

  • Join a committee. We have an Education/Outreach Committee, Project Committees, and a Funding Committee.
  • Come to our monthly meetings. We meet the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Mohawk High School library in Marcola, 38300 Wendling Road.
  • Be a part of our Citizen Water Quality Monitoring Team. We spend about an hour and a half once a month to collect samples and test them.
  • Participate in our planting projects. We do planting projects each winter and are always looking for volunteers.

Contact Partnership coordinator, Jared Weybright at 687-9076 or email mwp@epud.net to volunteer or find out more or click here to go to our comments/questions page.

We look forward to working with you!
